• The abstract submission site is now open. The deadline will be Nov. 1, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS! MEMBERS: You can log in using your AsMA credentials - go to the submission site and enter them there.
• ATTENTION Panel Chairs! The procedure for entering a panel has changed! You are now responsible for entering all abstracts connected to your panel. • NEW THIS YEAR: AsMA now has a YouTube channel where you can find how-to and best practices videos to assist you with writing and submitting your abstract.
• All Session Co-Chairs must complete a Financial Disclosure form (updated July 2024).  Please email this form to the session chair or the panel or workshop organizer.
• Instructions for Presenters at the Annual Meeting 
• PowerPoint presentation guidelines (updated 7/20/2023): These Powerpoint presentations do NOT need to be submitted in advance of the Meeting, but they are expected to be ready at the time of your presentation.

• Poster Guidelines (updated 7/30/2024): Please upload your posters and any associated video or audio to the UHMS/AsMA Poster upload site by the 17th March 2025 deadline.

• Required - Presenter Disclosure slide:  please click on the link to download the disclosure of conflict of interests slides. All presenters must complete a Financial Disclosure form (updated July 30, 2024).
• Please Note: The ACCME now prohibits the inclusion of ACCME-defined ineligible company logos in educational materials and disclosure of commercial support.
