  • Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of $50.00 will apply if a Customer attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
  • Individual Guest Room Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A credit card is required to guarantee all guest room reservations. To avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room and tax, hotel must be notified and a cancellation number received 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
